At ALIO, every order is prepared with care. Our clothing is made to order, helping us avoid unnecessary stock and reduce waste.

UK Delivery

We currently offer the following UK delivery service:

Standard Delivery — £4.99

Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days from placing your order.

This estimate includes approximately 5 business days for production and a further 3–5 business days for shipping.

Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Made-to-Order Production

ALIO clothing is produced on demand by our fulfilment partner.

Once you place an order, your items are prepared, printed and checked before dispatch.

During particularly busy periods, production may take longer than expected. If we're made aware of a significant delay, we'll aim to keep you informed.

Dispatch and Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, your confirmation will include tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@aliowear.com with your order number.

Under applicable UK consumer law, we remain responsible for delivering your order within the agreed timeframe or, where no different period has been agreed, without undue delay and generally within 30 days.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@aliowear.com.

We'll do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

We'll investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

International Shipping

International delivery availability, charges and estimated times depend on the destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes. Where applicable, these will be explained during checkout or before purchase.
